Service
Serenity Now is an AI‑assisted mediation helper that runs in ChatGPT. It facilitates discussion and drafts a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). It is not legal advice and is not a law firm. You should consult a qualified attorney before filing any agreement.
Eligibility & conduct
You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. If there is risk of harm or coercion, stop and seek help immediately (e.g., 1‑800‑799‑SAFE in the U.S.).
Accounts & codes
You may receive a Parent Session Code and Participant Codes (A/B). Keep them private. Anyone with these codes may access the session. We’re migrating to stronger authentication.
Content
You are responsible for the content you submit. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or to protect users.
Governing law
Your local consumer protection laws apply; otherwise, the laws of your state/country govern.
